US weekly jobless claims drops below 400K mark
US weekly jobless claims drops below the psychological 400k levels, actual figure came out at 391K when compared to the previous 423K. The Figure had been expected at around 420k levels. The last time the jobless claims dipped briefly below the 400K was in the week ending 05.08.11 but had been unable to reach lower since then.
Last week’s jobless claims also mark the lowest levels seen since April of this year.
Continuing Jobless claims were out at 3.729 million compared to the previous 3.727 million and the expected 3.730 million
