Sentix index eased less than expected
The Eurozone Sentix index fell to -28.9 in June the lowest since May 2009 from -24.5 on the last release versus expectations at -29.5.
Despite a better reading that expected, the German economic growth is losing pace and may not compensate the economic decline in the peripheral countries. Indeed, the German sub-index eased to 9.1 in June due to negative business perspectives.
