German April CPI ticks lower; mostly in line with expectations
German M/M CPI came in at 0.1% as opposed to a previous 0.3% and in line with a consensus figure of 0.1%. The Yearly equivalent came out at 2.0% easing off the previous 2.1% and again well in line with the expected 2.0%.
EU harmonized figure manifested a similar trend as well - actual figures eased compared to previous data and was by and large in line with expectations.
