Rsquared

This is yet another indicator used to help traders confirm a trend. Usually this indicator is used in conjunction with other indicators which help indicate the direction of a trend, such as the linear regression slope.

Interpreting Rsquared

When used with the linear regression slope, as the slope rises above the 0 level (an uptrend) and Rsquared rises above this level, the trend is confirmed.
